NHS County Durham CCG - Meeting

Meeting to be livestreamed
 
A meeting of the Primary Care Commissioning Committee for County Durham CCG has been convened and members of the public can observe their work via a livestream link on the CCG’s Facebook page.

Tuesday 15 December 2020 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

We empower people to take ownership of their own needs and work to lift up those most in need in East Durham. We help build and maintain meaningful relationships within our community ensuring those on the margins are helped to be in reach of a spectrum vital services.
