The Partnership is working across our local community to:
Help people deal with an immediate crisis and support people reach services that can assist them
Deliver sessions that improve financial and emotional wellbeing
Direct individuals toward opportunities that support financial and emotional wellbeing
The East Durham Community Resilience Partnership is tackling financial and emotional wellbeing side-by-side. We know that while the two are distinct they are often connected to each other. Financial Wellbeing Support is available in the community from: Easington Health Works (Every fortnight, Monday 1-3pm) Horden and Peterlee Rugby Club (Every Thursday 9.30-11.30am) Greenhills Community Centre, Wheatley Hill (From Friday 10th March -10am-12noon, 2nd Friday of the month) Where you can access:
Emotional Wellbeing Support is available in the community from three key partners, Let’s Connect, CALM East Durham CIC, and East Durham Veterans who are working across East Durham to provide:
