 Our foodbank stocks are now severely depleted due to increasing demand and without urgently-required immediate donations we are going to struggle to meet further demands. We are currently providing food parcels to well over 100 people every week, which means our provision has more or less doubled since last year.
We are in particular desperate need of tinned meat, tinned fish and tinned vegetables; pasta sauces, tinned tomatoes and passata; packets of rice; as well as most other general basic food items. Please show your support in any way you can and remember that it is basic items that we desperately need. Everything we receive will be greatly accepted and appreciated and will be vital in helping us provide emergency food parcels to many struggling families and individuals throughout the whole of East Durham.
